New registered accounts on UGX-Mods have certain restrictions and are limited
in their action:

New forum posts or topics need manual approval by an admin / forum moderator
- You can only have up to two unapproved forum posts / topics

Some profile information is hidden (signature, social profile fields, links)
The restriction is lifted if:
